Rochester Business Journal Partnership
The Rochester Business Journal began hosting the annual Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Summit in 2019. LáLew PR collaborates with the RBJ to emphasize the importance of DEI by contributing monthly articles in a dedicated column, shining a spotlight on the endeavors of Black and brown business owners providing them with the recognition they rightfully deserve.
Our partnership with RBJ stemmed from our involvement in Causewave's Positive Stories campaign, which aims to spotlight positive narratives within Black and brown communities, countering prevalent negative news coverage.
We recognize that by supporting businesses of Black and brown people, we can further emphasize and elevate these communities' voices, ultimately promoting economic equity in our area. We are committed to combating systemic racism and discrimination by actively amplifying unheard stories and shedding light on those who are often overlooked.
