At LáLew PR, we are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and recognize the importance of amplifying the stories, centering the voices, and supporting the businesses of Black and brown people. 

We understand that systemic racism and other forms of discrimination still exist in our society and we are committed to doing our part to dismantle them. This includes actively seeking out and promoting the stories of Black and brown individuals and communities, giving them a platform to share their experiences and perspectives. Our work with Causewave Community Partners was featured in Minority Reporter and is just one example of our commitment to doing our part.  

We also recognize the importance of centering the voices of Black and brown people in our business and non-profit communities, and in conversations about DEI. We are committed to actively listening and learning from their experiences and perspectives. Jessica Lewis shared valuable insights on how companies can commemorate Juneteenth respectfully in the Business Insider.

Furthermore, we believe in supporting Black and brown businesses as a way to promote economic equity and to address the disparities that exist in our society. This includes investing in and promoting Black and brown-owned businesses. Some of our most recent work includes a partnership with the Rochester Business Journal to write a column each month amplifying the stories of local Black and brown businesses and their owners.
