Hybridge Implants & Smile Restoration

In October 2024, Hybridge Implants & Smile Restoration engaged LáLew Public Relations to establish a strong presence in the Buffalo market through a high-impact grand opening event. The initiative featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, guided facility tours, media interviews, an exclusive look at the development process and an introduction to Hybridge’s latest dental technologies. This event was designed to generate awareness, build credibility and engage key stakeholders, including media and elected officials.

To achieve Hybridge’s goal of increased brand awareness, we developed a comprehensive media kit to support their campaign. This kit included a press release, media alert, patient testimonial, images and videos. To enhance media interest and credibility, we aimed to secure two elected officials. Targeted outreach to elected officials, as well as dentistry, business and health care media, ensured we reached the right audience.

Hybridge’s media kit was strategically designed with strong visual components, including high-quality photos and videos capturing the ribbon-cutting ceremony. These visuals featured elected officials alongside Hybridge leadership, reinforcing credibility and public interest in the expansion. The multimedia approach not only complemented the written materials but also provided engaging content for media outlets.

Our media kit not only met but exceeded our objectives. The event was attended by three elected officials and representatives. Additionally, the grand opening received coverage in 375 Buffalo and various industry publications, including newspapers, broadcast media and online news sites. Collectively, these outlets provided Hybridge with a potential audience reach of 105.8 million and 2,650 release views. Key placements included Dentistry Today and Becker’s Dental Review. This campaign significantly advanced Hybridge’s long-term PR efforts by strengthening their reputation as a trusted expert in the Buffalo area. The exposure also led to Dr. Westmeyer’s appearance on Daytime Buffalo, where he highlighted Hybridge’s impact on local residents.
