Celebrating National Bucket List Day

April 24th marks National Bucket List Day. As we celebrate setting new goals and pushing boundaries, we reflect on the culture of excellence we've cultivated at LáLew—for both our clients and our team members.

Over the past year, due to our professionalism and outstanding quality of work, LáLew has secured new accounts, expanded our team, and prioritized teamwork, communication, execution and structure. Emphasizing wellness in the workplace, we’ve hosted a variety of guest speakers. Additionally, we’ve secured impressive coverage through well-written press releases.

In 2023, we set ambitious goals to focus on our niches, aiming for sustainable growth while maintaining our commitment to excellence. Through careful analysis and strategic planning, we've successfully expanded our client base and focused on our core strengths. In the first quarter of 2024, we saw a remarkable 50% increase over last year in our client roster, a testament to our strategic approach and niche focus.

Internally, we've placed a greater emphasis on wellness, offering seminars and incorporating mindfulness practices into our meetings. We also committed to and accomplished a complete website redesign, one that better aligns with and represents our firm. We also submitted for and won the following awards - PRism Awards (4), an Elevating Women Award and our CEO Jessica Lewis won Causewave Community Partners' Spark Award. Participating in award applications has provided us with a valuable opportunity to reflect on our accomplishments and growth throughout the year - win or lose.

For the rest of 2024 we will continue to strive for excellence in all that we do for our clients and for our team. We will continue to focus on growing sustainably within our niches, and plan to expand into new areas based on our current expertise. We are continuing our wellness initiatives and even plan to add a few new team members!

Here's to setting new goals, breaking boundaries, and achieving excellence together!
